Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Team player attitude and courteous demeanor are essential.
• Strong computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication is expected.
• Valid CA driver’s license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Apply ethical selling techniques; comply with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
