Sunset Kia of Sarasota is hiring an Internet Sales Associate to turn online inquiries into vehicle sales. You’ll nurture leads across email, chat, text, and phone, guiding customers from browsing to buying and scheduling dealership visits. Automotive experience is not required—training is provided.

What You'll Do

As an Internet Sales Associate, you'll work with customers who are beginning their vehicle-shopping journey online.

You'll:

• Respond to customers through internet leads, email, chat, text, and phone
• Follow up with online shoppers and help move them from browsing to buying
• Ask the right questions to understand what each customer wants and needs
• Help customers identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Schedule appointments and prepare customers for their dealership visit

This is not just an appointment-setting or call-center position. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your customers and sell vehicles from the initial online inquiry through the purchase.

You don't need prior automotive experience to succeed here. You do need to be motivated, comfortable with technology, and genuinely good with people and interested in helping them find the right vehicle for their needs.
