Job summary

GENERAL RV CENTER is seeking an organized administrative assistant to join our Draper, UT team. You will handle a multi-line phone system, input customer data, and assist customers with store information and hours, delivering friendly, accurate service.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and teamwork skills, are proficient with Word and Excel, and can manage filing and data entry in a fast-paced environment while supporting various departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior office experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills essential.
• Able to work in a team in a fast-paced office.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Answer incoming phone calls and manage a multi-line system.
• Input customer data into the customer management system.
• Provide customers with store information, hours, and general questions.
• Direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
• Conduct general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
