Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a driver's license.
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather.
• Pass pre-employment checks including background, motor vehicle, and substance screening.
• Experience with electronic cabling and connections.
• Physical ability to climb onto rooftops and work safely from heights.

Responsibilities

• Set up Internet and phone services at customer locations.
• Verify customers’ Internet connectivity.
• Install external antennas and cabling as needed.
• Troubleshoot Internet service issues.
• Coordinate responses to Trouble Tickets efficiently.
