You will work with management to deliver exceptional service to loyal customers, handling inbound internet leads, calls, and follow-up via email, text, phone, and video.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience through a multi-media-rich, progressive sales process.
• Achieve sales and CSI goals with strong closing percentages.
• Handle all incoming internet leads, calls, and texts.
• Respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers in the vehicle buying experience using product knowledge.
• Direct customers to online product information resources.
• Maintain CRM daily and stay current with training standards.
