Swope Family of Dealerships in Kentucky is seeking a friendly Business Development Coordinator (Internet Sales) to identify internet prospects, present vehicle opportunities, and guide buyers toward a decision. You’ll respond to emails, track leads, and collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.

This role requires strong phone and written communication, basic data entry skills, and weekend/evening availability; professional appearance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic.
• Previous customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional attire and appearance.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Basic data entry computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends and some nights.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both writing and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a file of Internet customers/prospects and communicate vehicle opportunities regularly.
• Maintain detailed understanding of dealership services and products.
• Compile a list of product information resources and recommend to guests as needed.
• Ask prospective guests about their needs to guide vehicle purchasing decisions.
• Work with the sales manager to set realistic performance goals and monthly income targets.
• Reply promptly to emails and route inquiries to other departments as appropriate.
• Field Internet sales questions.
• Create Internet sales promotions in line with other advertising and promotions.
• Attend sales meetings and ensure website is updated with current inventory photos.
