Mossy Auto Group is seeking energetic Internet Sales Consultants to join their fast-paced team. You will manage internet leads, determine vehicle needs, and deliver a seamless dealership experience.

Most compensation comes from commissions with a minimum wage for non-sales work; average annual commissions range from $65,000 to $130,000, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid vacation, and training.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong sales experience.
• Team player attitude and prompt, courteous demeanor.
• Enthusiastic personality and professional appearance.
• Must have strong computer skills and good data-entry ability.
• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for monitoring and facilitating internet leads, determining customer’s vehicle needs, maintaining a follow up system that encourages repeat & referral business for Mossy. Understand the terminology of the Automotive business and keep abreast on technological changes in the product, features, and accessories. Including vehicle delivery to customers.

Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approx. $65,000 to $130,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with initial product information
• Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads old and new
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
