Job summary

AirLife in Phoenix seeks an International Warehouse Manager to lead the Pickers, Finishers, and Coordinators who run our international warehouse operations, from receiving through shipping. You will ensure accurate, on-time, and compliant fulfillment of global orders and coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, oversight of KPIs and SLAs, and a focus on safety per OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing international or export order fulfillment.
• Track record of meeting backorder and KPI targets with continuous improvement.
• Experience in FDA-regulated distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the International warehouse team and manage performance.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, finishing, packing and shipping processes.
• Coordinate export documentation with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, quality systems).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
