Job summary

AirLife is seeking an International Warehouse Manager to lead the PHX site operations, coordinating Pickers, Finishers, and Coordinators to ensure accurate, on-time international orders with proper export documentation.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage labor and budgets, and ensure OSHA safety compliance while aligning with cross-functional teams globally. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain.
• 5+ years in warehouse/distribution, with 3+ in supervision.
• Experience managing international/export fulfillment.
• Experience in FDA-regulated distribution preferred.
• Strong leadership, data-driven problem solving, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead International warehouse team (Pickers, Finishers, Coordinators) and manage schedules.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, finishing, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate export docs with brokers and ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and backorders; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Customer Service, Quality, and Inventory Control.
• Champion safety, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
