Job summary

AirLife in Phoenix, AZ seeks an International Warehouse Manager to lead the PHX warehouse team (Pickers, Finishers, Coordinators) ensuring on-time, compliant fulfillment of international medical device orders. You will coordinate with carriers, brokers, and Transportation while driving continuous improvement and maintaining OSHA safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/distribution with 3+ years in management, knowledge of export processes, and experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Experience with international or export order fulfillment.
• Track record of meeting backorder, SLA, and KPI targets.
• Experience in FDA-regulated distribution preferred.
