Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a Delivery leader in Miami to guide complex business and technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across SDLC and multiple cloud platforms. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3–4 days per week and travel across Florida up to 50% to meet client needs.

You will drive scope, timelines, and success metrics with clients and internal teams, mentor peers, and apply agile practices to deliver measurable outcomes in healthcare and travel/hospitality

Qualifications

• Delivery leadership experience in a consulting environment.
• Proven success delivering enterprise technology initiatives in Healthcare and Travel & Hospitality.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and partner with engineering.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full SDLC across data, infrastructure, and applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance in consultancy or enterprise settings.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex business and technology initiatives aligned with client goals and standards.
• Define scope, timelines, and success metrics with clients and internal teams.
• Drive execution by coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and guiding agile ceremonies.
• Partner with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders for end-to-end solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
• Apply agile methods to accelerate delivery and adapt to client needs.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
• Support business development with scoping, estimation, and proposals.
• Mentor consultants and project managers to evolve delivery practices.
