Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Miami, FL is seeking a Global Program Lead to manage the international program across scope, schedule, owners and status. This role coordinates country-entry research, business partnership support, and external advisor relationships to ensure registrations, tax exposure, invoicing, global filings, banking, mobility, and personnel responsibilities are completed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading concurrent cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Experience on international projects for a professional services company is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build RACI matrices across cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting research and feasibility assessments.
• Strong documentation, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executive stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience scoping advisor engagements and negotiating fees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the international program across scope, schedule, owners and status; escalate blockers as needed.
• Conduct initial country research and feasibility assessments for market entry decisions.
• Develop financial models, business cases, cost estimates and risk assessments for expansion opportunities.
• Consolidate external firms, negotiate scope/fees and monitor service levels.
• Prepare presentations covering current status, recommendations and plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, HR, Technology, Real Estate, Security, Marketing and leadership.
• Develop global policies, controls and governance for new international operations.
• Identify lessons learned and improve due diligence, planning and post-launch support processes.
