BDO USA, P.A. in the United States seeks a Tax Manager, International Tax Services to advise multinational clients on a broad range of international tax matters, including planning, research, and compliance. You will manage projects, coordinate with global teams, and communicate complex issues clearly to clients.

The role emphasizes developing solutions, supervising staff, and contributing to business development in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Four or more years of experience in corporate tax, international tax or legal professional services or equivalent.
• Experience in international tax is required.
• Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis is preferred.
• CPA certification, Attorney admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction, or EA or equivalent is required.

Mansioni

• Advise clients on international tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with foreign BDO offices and client service teams on engagements.
• Develop solutions and communicate to clients in non-technical terms.
• Review international tax returns and oversee compliance processes.
• Train and mentor tax associates and contribute to business development.
