BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, International Tax Services to lead international tax engagements, advise clients on cross-border planning, and contribute to market development. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and delivering high-quality tax guidance across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have extensive international tax experience, CPA or equivalent certification, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Eight or more years of experience in corporate tax, international taxation, or legal professional services.
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or EA (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis is required.

Mansioni

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives and develop compliant strategies.
• Develop and market international tax services; build key client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor International Tax staff and manage engagement economics.
