Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Manager for International Tax Services to advise multinational clients on a broad range of international tax matters and to manage consulting projects from planning to implementation.

You will coordinate with foreign offices, review filings, and lead a team, while developing junior staff and contributing to client service and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• JD/LLM/MST/MBT preferred.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in corporate tax, international tax or equivalent.
• CPA, Attorney or EA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advises multinational clients on international tax planning and compliance.
• Manages international tax consulting projects with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates with foreign BDO offices and internal service lines.
• Reviews international tax provisions and relevant U.S. tax filing requirements.
• Mentors and develops junior tax staff and participates in business development.
