Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• CPA or Bar or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading quantitative tax solutions workstreams and managing client expectations effectively.
• Utilizing data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions and optimize tax processes.
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related initiatives.
• Analyzing and identifying linkages within complex tax systems to enhance decision-making.
• Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance.
• Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team adoption.
• Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance.
• Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team members to do the same.
