Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in International Tax - Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies to lead innovative tax solutions leveraging data analytics. You will guide teams, build client relationships, and apply quantitative methods to enhance decision-making in tax planning and compliance.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience, and relevant credentials. Travel up to 20% may be involved, with a competitive salary and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• CPA, Bar or other tax/finance credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of innovative tax solutions using quantitative methods.
• Guide teams in leveraging data analytics to optimise tax processes and enhance decision‑making.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to navigate complex tax regulations.
• Utilise data visualisation and statistical analysis to support tax planning and compliance.
• Direct teams through complex scenarios with composure in challenging situations.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying tax‑related problems and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine tax strategies.
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to develop high‑performing teams.
