PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in International Tax - Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies to lead innovative tax solutions leveraging data analytics. You will guide teams, build client relationships, and apply quantitative methods to enhance decision-making in tax planning and compliance.
The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience, and relevant credentials. Travel up to 20% may be involved, with a competitive salary and discretionary bonus.
The Opportunity As an International Tax - Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies - Senior Manager, you will focus on leveraging data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions. You will use quantitative methods to optimize tax processes and enhance decision-making for clients, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and improve their tax positions. Within our Tax practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, utilizing your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgement to recognise when to take action orelevate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain high‑performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives and acting on feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
