PwC seeks an International Tax - Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies Manager to leverage data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions and optimize processes for clients navigating complex regulations. You will lead projects with integrity and coach teams to deliver high-quality work.

As a Manager, you will mentor colleagues, manage budgets and timelines, and align delivery with PwC’s professional standards while expanding capabilities in tax modeling and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• CPA, Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
• International tax experience is preferred.

The Opportunity As an International Tax - Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies Manager, you will focus on leveraging data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions. You will use quantitative methods to optimize tax processes and enhance decision-making for clients, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and improve their tax positions. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality work. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role within our Tax practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
