Job summary

Linn-Benton Community College is seeking an International Student Office Assistant for the Learn & Earn program. You will assist with greeting students, supporting international student engagement, and helping with recruitment, orientations, and campus tours.

Applicants must be LBCC students enrolled in at least 6 credits with a 2.0 GPA or better. This part-time role involves office tasks, social media, and collaboration with International Advisors.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as LBCC student in at least six credits (except breaks) with a 2.0 GPA or better.
• International experience or working with international populations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of general office practices and campus communications procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student records and department forms and work with system software, Excel and Word as directed by International Advisors.
• Create content for social media and update social media channels.
• Greet students and visitors in the International Programs Office.
• Assist with recruitment and orientation activities for international students.
• Guide campus tours for prospective students and connect them to campus resources.
• Assist with accessing student accounts in WebRunner and other campus tools.
