Job summary

Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking a motivated Area Representative to promote student exchange within the community. You will recruit host families, build strong school partnerships, and guide families through the application process on iwanttohost.org.

The role includes conducting interviews, reference checks, and hosting family orientations prior to student arrivals, with monthly follow-ups documented online.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine interest in working with teens and families.
• Must be over age 25 and well-networked in their community.
• Must own a computer with internet access and be professional in appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pan Atlantic Foundation in your community.
• Find Hosts, maintain school relationships, and raise public awareness about student exchange.
• Lead Hosts to iwanttohost.org to complete online applications.
• Complete in-home interviews and check references.
• Conduct Host Family orientations before student arrival.
• Monthly check-ins with Hosts and Students with online documentation.
