Job summary

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving/Packaging Technician to perform a variety of packaging, shipping and receiving tasks.

This is a full-time, daylight position, in-person only, with an 8:30AM–5:00PM schedule. Responsibilities include preparing shipments to customer orders, coordinating with freight forwarders, handling export documents, inspecting incoming shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper documentation and packing quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Strong attention to detail and math aptitude.
• Able to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for shipment according to customer orders and supervisor instructions; document and weigh shipments.
• Set up shipments with freight forwarders and provide export documents by email or fax.
• Coordinate with international representatives regarding customs and clearance information.
• Prepare power of attorney papers and related documents; ensure proper stamping and signing.
