Job summary

Qnity, a leader in advanced electronics packaging, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure prompt and accurate shipments. You will verify daily shipments, match PO with slips, and enter data into the ERP system as part of a tight-knit team.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, manufacturing/packaging experience preferred, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The work schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with overtime and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or Packaging is preferred.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify daily shipments from small package services and various truck deliveries: match purchase order with slip, enter information into computer, and deliver to appropriate area.
• Prepare all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions on ERP system.
• Ship small package service packages by completing necessary information on form.
• Complete internal air bill, bill-of-ladings, and other documents.
• Close out UPS and Federal Express shipping systems and run daily reports.
• Arrange for packages to be picked up by carriers.
• Wrap packages for shipment and attach invoice.
• Prioritize and organizes orders to be shipped according to ship dates.
• Package and addresses material for shipping.
• Complete internal and external shipping documents.
