Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, or video editing is a plus.
• Prior participation in a study abroad or international travel program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front desk and administrative support: greet visitors, answer inquiries, schedule appointments.
• Marketing & outreach: create promotional materials and manage social accounts.
• Event support: assist in campus events like Study Abroad Fair and orientations.
• Data and logistics: input applicant data and track office inventory.
