Job summary

The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and administer JSOM Abroad programs and initiatives. You will manage logistics, budgets, contracts, and program support to ensure a positive student experience and successful partnerships.

Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and campus partners to advance goals and deliver high-quality international programs, internships, and exchange activities while using Terra Dotta and other systems for program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Three (3) years of related experience required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for international education initiatives (internships, degree partnerships, faculty-led programs, exchanges).
Develop and manage JSOM’s international internship initiative; identify opportunities, cultivate employer partnerships, expand experiential learning.
Coordinate internship placements and activities with students, employers, international partners, and the JSOM Career Management Center; track participation and outcomes.
