Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks an International Banker to manage a portfolio of international affluent clients and entrepreneurs, developing wealth and depository business while assessing client needs and cross-selling bank products.

In collaboration with partners, you will expand commercial relationships, analyze creditworthiness, and craft tailored proposals. You will follow BSA/AML and KYC guidelines to ensure compliant, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of direct sales and international personal banking experience.
• Experience with international clients and COIs across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals with cross-sell potential.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred for diverse client communication.
• Solid knowledge of loans, depository services, and related products.
• Ability to manage large, complex client portfolios independently.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and KYC requirements to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for deposits, loans and related products.
• Develop new international client business in target markets (e.g., LATAM).
• Analyze client creditworthiness and make initial credit decisions.
• Collaborate to identify and prioritize new business prospects.
• Expand relationship base through referrals and COIs.
• Prepare complex proposals and tailor solutions for clients.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with bank policies.
