Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an International Pricing Coordinator to support day-to-day quoting for Drayage and Ocean opportunities. You will work with internal and external sales teams to produce accurate quotes using standardized tools and procedures.

You will also generate reports, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with export/import and domestic policies, while supporting with process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate critical information to the sales floor.
• History of handling multiple tasks with clear priorities.
• Capable of staying focused in an active office environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for internal and external customers using standardized processes and tools.
• Ensure quotes follow export, import, and domestic procedures.
• Assist in creating reports for internal and external customers.
• Maintain data integrity for reporting purposes.
• Follow SOPs to ensure proper documentation is collected.
• Escalate issues to a supervisor for resolution.

About the role:

As an International Pricing Coordinator for TQL, you will work closely with our internal and external sales employees by assisting with day-to-day quoting for Drayage and Ocean opportunities. In addition, you will run reports for general requests and other international team initiatives.

What youll be doing:

• Prepare quotes for both internal and external customers using standardized processes and tools


• Ensure quotes are in accordance with export, import, and domestic procedures


• Assist in the creation of reports for both internal and external customers


• Maintain data integrity for internal and external reporting purposes


• Follow all established SOPs to ensure proper documentation is collected


• Escalate issues as appropriate to a supervisor for resolution
