Job summary

CVS Health in the United States offers a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate program designed to translate pharmacy school learning into real-world practice. After completing FPGEE and TOEFL, interns work to complete mandatory internship hours within 18 months and aim to pass licensure exams and requirements within 120 days after internship.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• FPGEC certification.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Counsel patients and provide optimal care under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support immunizations and other patient health services as allowed by law.
