Job summary

CVS Health offers a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Internship to complete US internship hours and pursue pharmacist licensure. After passing FPGEE and TOEFL, you will join a mixed modality learning plan to apply your pharmacy knowledge and grow professionally.

You will develop patient care, practice management, leadership, and education skills within 18 months, with licensure within 120 days after internship completion.

Qualifications

• Foreign graduates must complete the Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US Intern hours; 18-month internship limit.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required for effective patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service in-store and at drive-thru and answer questions.
• Process prescriptions, translate SIG codes, label and verify medications.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and follow regulatory requirements.
• Support Pharmacy Operations with inventory management and workflow adherence.
• Counsel patients under supervision and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Lead and participate in training for Pharmacy Support Staff and maintain a professional department.
