Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy required.
• FPGEC certification required.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the position is based within 120 days of completing US Intern hours.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs to support Pharmacists and Technicians in patient care.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive‑through, and over the phone.
• Counsel patients and obtain necessary medical history when appropriate under supervision.
• Assist with telephonic prescriptions and liaise with prescribers for clarification.
• Mentor pharmacy team members, coach on best practices, and support ongoing learning.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and maintain accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with the team to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with federal/state laws and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Deliver additional patient care services when trained and allowed by law.

Education
