Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is offering a structured internship track for non-US accredited foreign graduates pursuing pharmacist licensure in the United States. After completing FPGEE and TOEFL successfully, you will enter a mixed modality learning plan to develop knowledge and skills under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
• Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
• Ability to immunize once state regulations are met

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously in-store and at drive-thru
• Assist pharmacy and front-store customers with questions
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and CVS SOPs
• Process prescriptions including SIG translation, labeling, and dispensing
• Support supervising pharmacist in dispensing and monitoring compliance
• Lead and train Pharmacy Support Staff
• Adhere to CVS workflow and inventory management policies
• Provide patient counseling under supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Engage with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
