Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Arabic-speaking Administrator to join the International Patients Team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will support the patient journey from enquiry to treatment and admission, collaborating with consultants and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for international patients and sponsors.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for international patients, sponsors and healthcare professionals via phone, email and in person.
Manage appointments, bookings and administrative processes accurately.
Provide face-to-face support to patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Coordinate with consultants, clinical teams, embassies, sponsors and internal departments to arrange care and appointments.
Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and compassionate manner.
Ensure timely delivery of medical reports, laboratory results and imaging reports to patients or escorts.
Handle complaints sensitively and escalate when required.
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks within set timescales.
