The role supports internal attorneys, agents, and international law firms, ensuring compliance with patent rules and timely submissions using Patent Center and related databases. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing filings, responding to office actions, and maintaining accurate docketing, with a hybrid work arrangement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined U.S. and foreign patent filing experience.
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. and international patent filing procedures and rules.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn new software applications and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and patent operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. and foreign patent filings and prosecution.
• Draft and prepare filings and documents using Patent Center.
• Respond to office actions and manage docketing and documentation across databases.
• Collaborate with in-house attorneys, agents, and international law firms.
