Job summary

Woven Legal LLC seeks an International Patent Paralegal to provide part-time support for international and foreign patent prosecution and docketing. You will leverage the WIPO system and work independently to manage critical deadlines, with experience working with the USPTO and Patent Center.

This role is about 20 hours per month and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. The ideal candidate will keep precise patent records and meet filing requirements.

Qualifications

• At least two years of patent paralegal or patent docketing experience.
• Working knowledge of WIPO procedures and foreign patent prosecution.
• Familiarity with USPTO requirements and Patent Center.
• Experience tracking deadlines and maintaining detailed patent records.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support international and foreign patent prosecution matters using the WIPO system.
• Track, calendar, and monitor patent deadlines accurately and proactively.
• Process patent assignments and related documentation.
• Review and respond to notices issued through the USPTO and Patent Center.
• Maintain accurate and organized matter and docketing records.
• Follow up on outstanding items to help ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met.
