Qualifications

• Prior experience in international air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with freight management systems and carrier portals.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with global partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• IATA or Customs Broker license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, or compliance issues

• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate shipment updates and solutions
• Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of inbound and outbound freight

Compensation

$41,600.00 - $57,000.00 per year
