Job summary

WorkGenius Group seeks an International Marketing Coordinator to drive initiatives in the China market from El Segundo, CA. This 6-month engagement supports cross-functional teams and budget tracking.

You will develop insights, create presentations, and help plan marketing strategies for beauty products while coordinating photoshoots and digital asset execution. Compensation is hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Chinese with ability to speak/read/write Mandarin and/or Cantonese; understand China market.
• Knowledge of Gen Z trends, consumer behavior, and beauty products.
• Strong analytical, strategic, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
