Job summary

ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Experis, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its client in El Segundo, CA. The role supports international marketing across beauty products, coordinating with creative and digital teams and external partners.

The candidate will leverage Mandarin/Cantonese language skills to coordinate communications, organize campaigns, analyze market trends, and build clear marketing logic for presentations and strategy docs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, ideally in Marketing or Communication-related subject areas.
• Chinese language proficiency: speaks, reads, and writes Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
• Knowledgeable about Gen-Z trends and able to apply trend insights to marketing planning.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate analysis into clear marketing logic and structured presentations.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support international marketing initiatives with a focus on beauty products and trend-driven execution.
• Use knowledge of the China market and Chinese language skills to help coordinate communications and marketing materials.
• Organize and coordinate marketing activities, including preparation for shooting and digital asset execution with creative and digital teams.
• Analyze beauty market figures and help build a strategic marketing POV, including the ability to establish marketing logic and contribute to a marketing book.
• Provide administrative support such as AW and PO support and follow up, plus assist with updating presentation files, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external agencies.
