Zusammenfassung

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support cross-functional teams across creative, digital, and external partners in the beauty space. Based in El Segundo, you will help coordinate campaigns, assemble marketing materials, and track project status.

Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are preferred; a Bachelor’s in Marketing or Communications is required. You will translate insights into marketing logic and assist with budgets, presentations, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related field.
• Knowledge of Gen-Z trends and applying insights to campaigns.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to organize multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Support international marketing initiatives with a focus on beauty products and trend-driven execution.
• Coordinate communications and marketing materials using Chinese language skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
• Organize marketing activities, including shooting prep and asset execution with creative and digital teams.
• Analyze market figures and help build a strategic marketing POV and marketing book.
• Provide administrative support such as AW/PO follow-up, budgeting tracking, and agency communications.
