Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented International Marketing Coordinator with a passion for beauty products, knowledge of the Chinese market, and a strong understanding of Generation Z trends. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and has an interest in beauty, consumer behavior, and international marketing.

This role will support the marketing team with market research, marketing analysis, presentation development, budget tracking, and coordination across internal teams and external agencies. The candidate should be proactive, organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support international marketing initiatives with a focus on the Chinese beauty market.


• Research and analyze beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and Generation Z preferences.


• Analyze beauty market figures and assist in developing marketing insights and recommendations.


• Help establish marketing strategies and organize information into marketing presentations and planning materials.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Digital, and Marketing, on photoshoot preparation and digital asset execution.


• Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining marketing presentations and reports.


• Support advertising and promotional (A\&P) activities, purchase orders (POs), and follow-ups.


• Track marketing budgets, expenses, and project timelines.


• Communicate and coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and freelance resources.


• Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to full-time marketing team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• Fluency in Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).


• Understanding of the Chinese market, particularly beauty and cosmetics trends.


• Strong awareness of Generation Z culture, social media, beauty trends, and consumer preferences.


• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.


• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.


• Ability to analyze market information and translate findings into meaningful marketing insights.


• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
