Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Front Desk Warehouse Associate in Elk Grove Village, IL. This role bridges the office and warehouse floor with a focus on customer service, data entry, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of warehouse experience and strong MS Office skills. Salary starts at $21/hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. Schedule Tue-Sat, 7 am–4 pm, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant operational warehouse experience.
• Data entry and customer service experience, ideally within the international freight forwarding industry.
• Ability to type efficiently with high accuracy and speed (60 WPM).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and enter information into the warehouse management system in a timely manner.
• Submit documentation to appropriate parties to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Support all inbound and outbound office functions, including distribution, cross-dock, and more.
• Perform accurate electronic data entry for specific milestones obtained from internal and external vendor sources.
• Communicate and elevate any missing data or discrepancies to management.
• Manage the accuracy, filing, retrieving, and archiving of business documents throughout their life cycle.
• Assist directly with billing activities and review vendor payables for approval.
• Coordinate and carry out general warehouse and gateway activities efficiently.
