Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Lead and assist team members with assigned tasks
• Monitor productivity, quality, and work completion
• Help ensure orders and warehouse activities are completed accurately and efficiently
• Communicate daily priorities and expectations to team members
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees
• Help resolve routine questions or issues on the warehouse floor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
