Job summary

PSA BDP is hiring for a Customs Entry Coordinator in Crum Lynne, PA. The role focuses on preparing documentation for US port discharge, coordinating with importers, carriers, airlines, and brokers to ensure accurate customs clearance.

Responsibilities include acting as a primary contact for customers, arranging daily clearance activities, maintaining SOPs, data entry, invoicing, and supporting the team in communications and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
• The ability to work on a team is strongly desired.
• Familiar with customs clearances procedure both in import and export.
• Knowledge of import and export procedure and customs policy.
• Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word.
• Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers.
• Daily arrangement of customs clearance, and monitor the customs brokers daily procedure & reports.
• Implement SOP perfectly to meet customer specific requirement.
• Work with Coordinator/Documentation in terms of System data entry and checking.
• Invoice preparing, cost checking and presenting, job checking and closing.
• Support manager to meet with customer for better communication, efficient cooperation, or removing misunderstandings.
• Complete other related jobs assigned by the team leader.
