Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions, part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the UK to coordinate customer shipments and manage import/export documentation with accuracy and compliance.

You will work closely with customers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments, complete documentation and adherence to internal controls, while supporting audits and improving processes across global operations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in relevant discipline (desirable).
• Data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments with customers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and issue Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and export docs.
• Maintain contact with customs brokers and support customs processes.
• Assist audits and ensure internal controls over import/export activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipping documentation.
