Job summary

PVH Corp in Mills, Wyoming is seeking an International Logistics and Expediting Coordinator to oversee shipments, manage freight logistics, and ensure compliance with import/export requirements. The role supports production and operations while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organization, proactive communication, and experience with ERP systems, HS codes, and multimodal transport.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs compliance requirements (Trade Compliance and Incoterms).
  • Experience with Harmonized System (HS) codes for internationally traded products.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems and shipment tracking software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments of materials, equipment, and components to support production, project execution, and business operations at the Mills, WY office.

  • Maintain knowledge of shipping processes (Ocean, Air, Rail, Truck, and Multimodal Transportation).
  • Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and uphold high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Job description

The International Logistics and Expediting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments of materials, equipment, and components to support production, project execution, and business operations at our Mills, WY office. This position manages freight logistics, customs documentation, import/export compliance, and supplier expediting activities to ensure materials arrive on schedule and in compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders. Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, freight coordination, and logistics operations (Ocean, Air, Rail, Truck and Multimodal Transportation).
