Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Import/Export Logistics Coordinator in Buffalo, NY. You will manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires 2–5 years in import/export or international logistics, knowledge of Incoterms, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years of import/export or international logistics experience.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and customs compliance.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Strong understanding of transportation management and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Acumatica, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
• Coordinate transportation and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays or issues.
• Support inventory reconciliation related to inbound and outbound shipments.
