Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Government Program Development Manager (International) to grow the Starshield government satellite communications business with international partners. You will set sales strategy, lead capture efforts, and build a scalable pipeline with a startup mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have international government sales experience, knowledge of export controls, and the ability to engage with allied nations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in business development or account management within the Intelligence Community or broader federal national security space.
• Experience with international government stakeholder engagement and export controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new international SATCOM business opportunities and grow existing programs.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and forecast in the short- and long-term.
• Deliver insights through data analysis of addressable international market opportunities and subsidies.
• Effectively communicate Starshield capabilities to international governments.
• Support development of complex proposals including pricing and win themes.
• Coordinate across legal, contracts, engineering, mission management, and finance in program development.
