Job summary

Priority Worldwide Pty Ltd in Los Angeles is seeking an International Freight Forwarding Quoting Specialist to build accurate air and ocean freight quotes for a broad range of international shipments, including government/defense and commercial cargo.

You will source rates with carriers, analyze routing and transit times, and use CargoWise to support quoting. This is an on-site role; candidates must reside in the Greater Los Angeles area (or Baltimore) as relocation sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international freight forwarding pricing/quoting (air & ocean).
• Strong knowledge of global logistics and transportation modes.
• Confidence negotiating rates with carriers and vendors.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• CargoWise experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with technology and AI-assisted tools for quoting, pricing, or workflow efficiency.
• This is an on-site position and candidates must reside in either the Greater Baltimore, MD area or the Los Angeles, CA area to be considered. Relocation and sponsorship are not available.

About The Role

We’re hiring an International Freight Forwarding Quoting Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. This role focuses on building accurate and competitive air and ocean freight quotes for a wide range of international shipments, including commercial and government/defense logistics. Previous freight forwarding or logistics experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates with strong analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
