Priority Worldwide is hiring an International Freight Forwarding Quoting Specialist to join our Los Angeles team, focusing on air and ocean quotes for diverse international shipments, including government/defense. You’ll apply strong analytical skills to deliver accurate, competitive pricing.

This on-site role requires detail orientation, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort with AI-assisted quoting tools. Experience with CargoWise is preferred.

About The Role

We’re hiring an International Freight Forwarding Quoting Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. This role focuses on building accurate and competitive air and ocean freight quotes for a wide range of international shipments, including commercial and government/defense logistics. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous freight forwarding or logistics experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates with strong analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What You’ll Do

• Build accurate and competitive air & ocean freight quotes

What You Bring

• Proven experience in international freight forwarding pricing/quoting (air & ocean)
• Strong knowledge of global logistics and transportation modes
• Confidence negotiating rates with carriers and vendors
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• CargoWise experience preferred
• Comfortable working with technology and AI-assisted tools for quoting, pricing, or workflow efficiency
• This is an on-site position and candidates must reside in either the Greater Baltimore, MD area or the Los Angeles, CA area to be considered. Candidates outside of these locations will not be considered at this time, as relocation and sponsorship are not available.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
