Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Finance Analyst/FP&A professional to support the Specialty Surgery division with analytics, budgeting, forecasts and monthly/quarterly results. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales and department leaders to drive financial performance.

You will perform run rates, variance analysis, and partner on planning processes while enhancing reporting and automation in a hybrid work setting between Princeton, NJ and remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting, including FP&A and budgeting.
• Strong Excel skills and facility in financial modeling.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with multidimensional databases (Hyperion, BPC, OneStream) is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Cognos, and Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales management and operations to assist in incentive compensation plans and models.
• Calculate run rates and identify trends in the business.
• Support annual budget, long-term strategic plan, and periodic forecasting processes.
• Perform actual vs forecast variance analysis.
• Partner with department leads to manage spend within budget.
• Support process improvements and reporting automation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial review packages for senior management.
• Assist with monthly close processes and ad hoc analyses.
