Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an International Field Operations Coordinator to support and optimize global operations across our US network. You will help implement new procedures, monitor stations, and train international teams to maintain high service levels.

The ideal candidate has a background in international logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in International Logistics.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Other skills needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
• Communication skills.
• Travel (domestic) is expected for 20% of the time if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Daily operations across international stations to ensure consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Serve as a central resource for international colleagues. Providing guidance, support, and resolving operational issues in real time.
• Conduct regular evaluations of station performance and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
• Domestic travel to stations to provide onboarding, recurrent training, and skill-based coaching to international colleagues
